Turnaround & minimums
Typical turnaround is about 3–5 business days from file approval. Rush service (about 1–2 business days) is often available.
Minimums vary by product — many jobs start around 100–250 pieces, and smaller runs can often be arranged. Ask us for your specific piece.
Artwork & file prep
- •Formats: print-ready PDF preferred; EPS, TIFF, and high-resolution JPG accepted.
- •Resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
- •Bleed: 0.25 inch on any edge-to-edge artwork.
- •Fonts: embed or convert to outlines. Color: files are printed CMYK.

Common questions
What file formats do you accept?
A print-ready PDF is preferred. We also accept EPS, TIFF, and high-resolution JPG. RGB files are converted to CMYK.
What resolution and bleed do you need?
300 DPI minimum, with a 0.25 inch bleed on any artwork that runs to the edge. Embed or outline your fonts.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. We keep your file on record and can reprint, subject to stock availability.
Will the printed colors match my screen?
We color-correct and proof every job, but CMYK printing can vary slightly from a backlit screen. We match as closely as the process allows.
